We, a team from various areas of leadership development and holistic healing processes, are in the process of setting up an international coaching center in Jahnberge.

The focus is on developing inner clarity, presence and authentic leadership for people who want to understand themselves better, develop their potential and break new ground.

In Jahnberge, a retreat center is being created in a natural setting, offering a space for retreat, deep processes, grounding, and regeneration.

Our approach combines methods from trauma therapy, holistic coaching, energetic work and physical and mental self-awareness.

We accompany people on their individual path to greater balance and inner strength in connection with the community.

We are currently under construction and hope to open our doors in Jahnberge in Havelland in 2026. We would like to offer retreats and exhibitions for you there.

A living place for healing, embodiment and ancestral wisdom is being created in Jahnberge

Here we invite you into a space of deep remembering - of what it means to grow, to feel, to create and to belong. Rooted in the cycles of nature, human development and ancient knowledge, this work combines art, horses, somatic experience and the wisdom of the ancestors to accompany individual and collective transformation processes.

We move at the edge - where the soul meets the ego, where growth meets resistance, where healing calls the wound into the light. This is a space where creativity is not a product, but a process. Where resonance can be experienced in the body, in the land, in the herd and in relationships. Where silence, blockages and family lines are not bypassed, but illuminated with mindfulness, truth and courage.

Through intentional environments, embodied practice and collaborative research, we explore:

  • The spiral of human development - from birth to death and everything in between.

  • The intelligence of horses and their role as guides for presence, leadership and resonance.

  • The power of art to decentralize productivity and focus on truth.

  • The areas of tension between narrowness and expanse, individual and collective, past and future.
