When did you last truly feel in resonance: with yourself, with another person, with this moment? How often do you live past what you actually feel?
I invite you to a 3-day intensive retreat at Projek-T-Raum Jahnberge, using the REAP Method (Resonance in Equine Arts Presencing), a fusion of somatic presence, expressive arts, and equine-facilitated resonance work.
This is not a riding course. It's a space to rediscover your own embodied intelligence, through art and the horse, not as a mirror, but as a resonant being who meets you exactly as you are.

WHAT AWAITS YOU
Day 1 · Arriving: Finding Your Own Rhythm Arrive, open your senses, first contact with the horses. What shows up when you simply observe?
Day 2 · Resonance: Connecting with the Horse, with Yourself, with the Group Direct contact with the horses. Explore what moves within you and give it expression through color, sound, or movement.
Day 3 · Integration: What Stays, What I Take With Me A final encounter, just you and a horse in the round pen, followed by a personal closing piece and a shared ritual. What will you take with you?

The course is designed for people who want to use art, body knowledge, and nature as resources to deepen meaning, effectiveness, and inner alignment in their lives and professional context.
A Little Heart Lights Up
A family day between nature, art, and horse
For children aged 3 to 10, together with their families
What does it feel like to stand quietly next to a horse? What happens when you give a color to that flutter in your stomach?
On September 13th, we invite families to spend a day together in nature, in our yurt at Projekt-T-Raum Jahnberge and on the meadow in front of it. With the REAP method (Resonance in Equine Arts Presencing), children meet the horses at eye level, not as a riding lesson, but as a gentle, playful experience of closeness, curiosity, and expression.
WHAT AWAITS YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN
A gentle start to arrive and get to know the horses from a safe, child-friendly distance. Afterward, there's space to paint, shape, and explore with color, natural materials, and movement, in whatever way feels right for each child. Parents are welcome to join in or simply be present.
